so far, i havent have bad experience except for one time when my item also hilang dunno where. the rest all came in good shape and in time. but then again, i normally stick to a few trusted online boutiques.

i once ordered from ebay as well. a book. came after almost a month. shipped out from UK. nasib satu buku saja.
